- After payment, the relevant kit unlocks directly on its product page: a guided prompt you copy into Claude or ChatGPT. Nothing is emailed or downloaded separately.
- Do I need Claude or ChatGPT, and do I need to pay for them?
- Yes, you need one of the two to run the kit. Neither requires a paid plan for once-off use, though you may need a free account to sign in and upload documents.
- Is this a subscription?
- No. Every Seen kit is a one-time payment. There is no recurring charge and no subscription to cancel.
- What if something goes wrong with my payment or access?
