About Seen
Built from the rooms where capable people lost.
Seen is built from years of recruitment conversations, hiring-manager insight, and the patterns that shape how candidates are seen across markets and career stages. The same pattern repeats: client after client, shortlist after shortlist.

In hiring conversation after hiring conversation, a client chooses a less capable candidate over a more capable one, not because the stronger candidate lacked the experience, but because nobody could tell, from the CV or the interview, that the experience was there.
Their value was real. It just wasn’t clear, findable, or trusted by the people deciding whether to choose them. That gap, between what someone is actually worth and what the market can see, is the entire reason Seen exists.
Seen is not a motivational brand. It is not a career coaching practice, a CV template shop, or a job board. It is a recruiter-led Visibility Audit: a way to find exactly where your visibility is leaking, before you spend time or money guessing.
Philosophy
Diagnosis before templates.
Most career advice starts with a template: a CV format, a LinkedIn checklist, an interview script. Seen starts somewhere else: with a diagnosis of where your specific visibility is breaking. Templates only work once you know what you're actually fixing.
Why the website starts with diagnosis
Handing someone a CV template before they know why their current CV isn’t working is like prescribing medicine before the diagnosis. The Visibility Audit exists to find the actual leak (story, experience, CV, LinkedIn, interview, follow-up, or focus) before recommending a fix.
Why the tone is direct
Capable people don’t need to be told to “unlock their potential.” They need insight from people who have sat in the room, seen the pattern, and can say plainly what is costing them the offer.
