This is one of the specific cases Seen's refund and access policy covers. Email hello@startwithseen.com with the email used at checkout and the product purchased, and access will be corrected or refunded.

Seen products are digital tools. Once payment is completed and access to a kit has been granted, the purchase is generally final and non-refundable. We will review and, where appropriate, refund or correct access if: you were charged more than once for the same product; payment was successful but access was not granted; you received access to the wrong product; a technical issue on Seen prevented delivery of the product; or a refund is required by applicable law.
