Do I need Claude or ChatGPT?
Yes. The kit is a prompt you run yourself in one of those two AI assistants. It is not a document Seen writes for you, and it is not built into the Seen website itself.
Do I need a paid AI subscription?
No paid plan is required for once-off use of either Claude or ChatGPT. You may need a free account to sign in and upload documents.
Can I use the kit more than once?
Yes. Once you have access, you can rerun the prompt, revisit earlier answers, or use it again later, for example for a different role or a fresh draft.
How long will I have access?
Access does not expire on Seen's side. It is saved in your browser once granted, so clearing your browser data or switching devices can make it look lost. Support can restore it manually if that happens.
Do I need to complete the Visibility Audit first?
No. Every kit works on its own. The free Visibility Audit is useful if you are unsure which kit addresses your specific gap, but it is not required to buy or use this one.
What happens if payment succeeds but access fails?
This is one of the specific cases Seen's refund and access policy covers. Email hello@startwithseen.com with the email used at checkout and the product purchased, and access will be corrected or refunded.
What is the refund policy?
Seen products are digital tools. Once payment is completed and access to a kit has been granted, the purchase is generally final and non-refundable. We will review and, where appropriate, refund or correct access if: you were charged more than once for the same product; payment was successful but access was not granted; you received access to the wrong product; a technical issue on Seen prevented delivery of the product; or a refund is required by applicable law.
Is this coaching or a self-guided digital product?
It is a self-guided digital product, not one-on-one coaching. You work through the prompt yourself, at your own pace, without a scheduled call or a person reviewing your answers.
Is my information stored by Seen?
Your audit answers and product context stay on your device. When you use a kit, you choose what to share with Claude or ChatGPT directly, which are separate services with their own terms.
