What Seen provides

Seen provides career visibility tools, educational guidance and digital products designed to help users understand and improve how their professional value is presented.

Seen does not provide recruitment, job placement, legal, financial or psychological advice.

Visibility Audit

The Visibility Audit is a self-assessment tool. Results are based on user responses and are intended to guide reflection and product recommendations.

Results are not a guarantee of employment outcomes.

Paid digital products

Seen products are digital tools. Access is provided after successful payment or valid reviewer or invite access.

Products may include instructions, prompts, templates, structured guidance or workflows to use with supported AI tools.

Use of AI tools

Some Seen products are designed to be used with Claude, ChatGPT or similar AI tools.

Users are responsible for reviewing, editing and applying any AI-generated output before using it publicly or professionally.

Seen does not control third-party AI tools or their outputs.

Refund and access policy

Seen products are digital tools. Once payment is completed and access to a kit has been granted, the purchase is generally final and non-refundable.

We will review and, where appropriate, refund or correct access if:

• you were charged more than once for the same product;
• payment was successful but access was not granted;
• you received access to the wrong product;
• a technical issue on Seen prevented delivery of the product; or
• a refund is required by applicable law.

Refund requests must be sent to hello@startwithseen.com with the email used at checkout, the product purchased, and a short description of the issue.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

No guarantee

Seen does not guarantee interviews, offers, employment, salary increases, recruiter responses, LinkedIn visibility, or specific career outcomes.

The tools are designed to support clarity, positioning and preparation.

User responsibilities

Users agree to provide accurate information, use the products lawfully, not misuse access, not share paid product content publicly, and not copy, resell or repackage Seen products or prompts.

Intellectual property

Seen content, product structure, prompts, frameworks, copy, designs and materials belong to Seen unless otherwise stated.

Purchasing a product gives the user personal use access only. It does not transfer ownership.

Access and misuse

Seen may restrict or remove access if a user abuses reviewer codes, shares paid access, attempts to bypass payment, scrapes content, or misuses the website.

Privacy

See the Privacy page for more information about how Seen handles data. The Visibility Audit is designed to run locally in your browser unless stated otherwise.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Seen is not liable for indirect loss, lost opportunity, lost income, employment decisions, third-party tool behaviour, or outcomes based on how users apply the materials.

Changes to these Terms

Seen may update these Terms as the product evolves. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
